‘Win A Mini’ Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion is a prize draw, which is open to anyone who completes an entry
form. Entry forms are available at our‘Win A Mini’ events. 2. No purchase necessary. 3. Completed entry forms must be dropped in the entry box located at the
‘Win A Mini’ event. No photocopies, damaged or unreadable entries will be accepted.4. The prize is either: a brand new, unregistered, standard specification BMW MINI
One (images used to promote the Draw are for illustration only), or a cheque for £10,000. 5. The prize draw is only open to people aged 18 or over resident in mainland Britain. 6. Only one entry per person is permitted. 7. The closing date for entries is midday on 23 March 2014. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random on 23 March 2014and will be notified by phone. The Prize Draw will be supervised by an independent person. 8. The prize remains the property of Telecom Plus PLC until a winner is notified in writing and the winnerhas accepted the prize and chosen whether to receive the car or the cash alternative. For the car: upon
receipt of a transfer document signed by Telecom Plus PLC and the winner, the car becomes the property of the winner (or their nominated keeper) and it will be the winner's responsibility to arrange appropriateinsurance prior to collection. The prize includes six months' Road Fund Licence.
9. In the event of a winner being unable to accept the prize, upon agreement from Telecom Plus PLC, he/she can nominate a family member or partner to accept the prize on their behalf. 10. The prize is to be collected at a place and time specified by Telecom Plus PLC within 30 days of the winner being notified. The collection address is from Telecom Plus Head Office, in London and it is up to the prize winner to arrange transport to the address from where they will collect the prize.
11. The draw is not open to employees of Telecom Plus PLC, their subsidiaries, families, agents, their affiliates or anyone involved in the 'Win A Mini' prize draw.
12. The winner will be expected to have their photographs taken for press or promotion purposes. 13. The promoter is Telecom Plus PLC. 14. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed or unreadable. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The name and county of the prize winner will be available on the website www.utilitywarehouse.co.uk or by sending an SAE to: Marketing Dept, Telecom Plus PLC, Network HQ, 333 Edgware Road, London NW9 6TD. 16. Telecom Plus PLC reserves the right to substitute the car prize for another prize of its choosing which
has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control. The prize is subject to availability and change.
17. By entering our free prize draw you agree to receive further information regarding the Utility Warehouse Discount Club (a member of the Telecom Plus group of companies) and the services we provide. 18. Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions
